StewVed's Webtop
Stewved's Webtop was written from the ground up and by hand, by Stewart Robinson (StewVed), and is powered by pure HTML5.

To give the Webtop a go for one's self, one simply uses a modern browser with Javascript enabled.
One does not simply browse the internet without JavaScript enabled!
StewVed's Webtop contains:
- Calories per grams calculator: Find out either how many calories are in a specific amount of food, or how much food contains a specific amount of calories!
- Calorie Requirement Calculator: find out how many calories you need each day with (possibly) the most accurate calorie calculator on the web! Also tells you whether you are over/underweight, gives your target calories per day to correct this, and how long it is likely to take to reach it. As well as that, it also tells you your ideal waist measurement, which can be more accurate than BMI (especially for bodybuilders!)
- Tone Generator: useful for hearing tests, checking frequency responce, resonant frequencies, tuning an instrument.
- Wordsearch: using completely random words, generates unique and new wordsearches every go. Family Friendly wordlist :D
- JSCavern: a remake of QL Cavern. The original game was from the 80's, and published on the Sinclair QL.
- Dosh Manager: for determining how you are financially.
- UK Tax Credit calculator: for working out how much you could get in Tax Credits, including Working Tax Credits, Child Tax Credits, and Disability Element of Tax Credits.
- UK Wage Calculator: to work out how much you would get before and after tax and NI.
- Browser Benchmarker: that can show how your browser performs under various tests.
- Tillago Timer: find out how long it has been, or is until any date within 100 years either way of now.
- TeaTimer: a basic countdown timer, so you don't burn your dinner, like the Author ironicaly did while programming it!

Downloadable .NET-based desktop apps:
FREE to download and use:
- Private Diary: a 256-bit AES encrypted diary app, to journal your life, and keep it safe from prying eyes!
- DUMBasic: a useful little app that monitors your internet usage amounts. Excellent if your ISP limits your usage.
- Event Manager: manage your upcoming events with this app. Invaluable if you have a memory like a sieve (as the author does!)
- AppTimer: keep an eye on how long you've used an app, so you know how long you've used it. Superb for gaming to find out how long a game actually lasts!
- ArcNerd: A breakout-style game prototype, which is just a single level at the moment. Kinda a proof-of-concept thing for me.
- Picture Viewer: a zoomable picture viewer, when when zoomed, you can pan around the image.
All of the apps and games are resizable, along with being able to run in exclusive fullscreen mode.
The webtop itself is a pretty much complete desktop environment, with window management, menus, the ability to load and save settings etc.
StewVed's Webtop is modeled after Unity, which is the desktop environment of Canonical's Ubuntu OS

Stewart Robinson (StewVed) was born in the United Kingdom, in the late 1970's.
He learned just about everything he knows about HTML/CSS/JavaScript programming from W3Schools
He is a PC Gamer at heart, and though he generally games on Windows, he uses Linux, namely: Ubuntu OS , OpenSUSE , and Manjaro to mention just a few!
